I am a Thresholder of The Divine Feminine. I weave together therapeutic processes, Intuitive Counsel and Spiritual Guidance, alchemising your human & highest potentials as a female-bodied being. I find my muse in songwriting, tarot reading, raising my family and inking the earth with The Thresholders therapeutic & spiritual tool, The Labyrinth. Your fire, brilliance and scintillation are the facets of my work which call me into deep service. I believe in your multi-passionate nature and give you full permission to create a life of meaningful connection to all that makes you uniquely you. My work in Counselling & Psychotherapy, Kundalini Yoga and Wellness Advocacy support my foundation for abundant health and wellbeing.

I am a Thresholder. Weaving the ancient teachings of Yoga and Ayurveda I am here to help you prepare your body and mind for all the cycles, rhythms and thresholds we must weave through and cross as women. This journey as a woman can be full of ease and grace when we remember the simplicity of this ancient wisdom - live in rhythm with nature, cleanse your body and mind, move you body & connect to your inner wisdom every day and find a tribe of women who make your soul sing.  My work entwines music & sound baths, mantras, oil therapies, food, Kundalini yoga, reiki, Ayurvedic wisdom and essential oils.

I am a Thresholder weaving together my love of water and cold exposure with the power of the breath. I provide guidance to step past the barriers of fear into the great unknown. That place where all the possibilities await to be tapped into. I am an artist, a sound healer, teacher of breath work, cold exposure and yoga. I intertwine the noble force of (cold) water into every aspect of my work, thereby promoting the natural flow of creativity, abundance and joy. I am a true believer that the gateway to a beautiful life is found in nature, along with the practice of Ahimsa (compassion and kindness to all living beings).

She looks to capture the spirit and essence of beauty through line and colour. Fran brings all this together in her work as a creative and blends it with the complimentary arts of dance, meditation, reiki, crystals, herbs and sacred cacao ceremonies.
